Great staff, clean facility, and challenging workout, all in a consolidated amount of time compared to my typical workouts at the gym. And even though it was a shorter timeframe, I felt like I was working harder than I usually do without sacrificing a quality workout. Will definitely be training with Jerome again through WB20.
This workout is incredible! I was skeptical at first but now I am convinced. I have worked out in gyms my whole life and never had a session like this. Even though it is only 20 minutes, I left completely fatigued. And the next day, I could feel every muscle in my body with a light soreness that proves the method. This is a great boost to my regular workouts. The trainers are awesome and I plan to make this a regular part of my health routine.
Team is extremely knowledgeable and customer-focused. They do an amazing job ensuring environment is safe in this time of covid. Given the workout is different from any other, they do a great job explaining the process, the benefits, and post workout expectations.
