Bio: 

Betsy has been practicing physical therapy for over 30 years with an emphasis on orthopedic & sports therapy. In 2003 she became Certified in the McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy method. She currently owns Scudder Physical Therapy, PLLC, providing telehealth PT services to help resolve patients’ musculoskeletal pain issues online.  She also treats patients clinically at Ashburn Natural Wellness, 20915 Ashburn Rd., Ste 215. Betsy has lived and worked in the Ashburn area for nearly 20 years, and together with her husband, has raised three daughters and five dogs in Loudoun County. Having also been a volleyball coach for many years, Betsy now loves being able to coach people in her community , teaching them how simple movements can resolve back pain, neck pain, hip, shoulder, knee, elbow, wrist/hand and ankle/foot  pains. Betsy firmly believes that movement is medicine and always has the goal of empowering patients to treat themselves whenever possible.
