Bio: 

Rebecca Wellborn has been serving the needs of buyers and sellers of real estate for nearly 20 years. She has a strong base of repeat clients and client referrals, and is licensed in both Virginia and Florida. She has earned the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designation and is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). Clients inevitably become friends for life, and rely on her when seeking advice about home improvements, reliable contractors and landscaping their yards – a special interest of Rebecca’s.

Rebecca has lived in many states, as well as abroad, and relates well to clients of all ages and from all walks of life. She treats each and every client, no matter how large or small the purchase or sale, with the same luxury service, market expertise and respect. Having moved so many times in her life, Rebecca understands the emotional, financial and logistical complexities of relocating. She helps her clients navigate those complexities one step at a time, through thoughtful planning, clear communication and attention to detail.

Rebecca earned a B.S. degree in Marketing and had over 20 years of experience in Sales, Management and Finance before entering real estate. Her marketing and sales expertise helps sellers showcase the best aspects of their homes, and get their properties maximum exposure through multiple marketing channels. Rebecca’s finance and management background enhance her negotiating skills and help her manage the many important details of her client’s transaction.

A former Peace Corps Volunteer, Rebecca generously gives her time and resources to numerous community and non-profit organizations.
