Bio: 

My passion for making people feel beautiful started at a very young age.  I would put makeup on anyone who would sit still long enough. As I got older, I realized I could do this, like really do this, for side money.  I started as a makeup artist, after taking my licensing and certification courses at Ana Visage Academy, in Great Falls, VA.  I worked as a school bus driver Monday thru Friday . I spent my weekends doing makeup, mostly for weddings and photoshoots. I LOVED making women feel beautiful. 

 

As my children got older,  I thought more and more about diving deeper into the industry. At 38 years old, I quit my day job as a school bus driver and enrolled full time at Paul Mitchell the School in Tysons Corner,  VA, where I earned my cosmetology license. A lot has transpired since then. I went into hair, still dabbled in makeup, but found my true passion in waxing. I learned that making women feel beautiful goes so much further than just a face full of makeup and a nice balayage. Every time  I wax someone,  I witness a sense of confidence within, that puts a strut in everyone's step.
