Bio: 

Tutu Happy, LLC specializes in handmade photo prop tutus, accessories, and décor for children of all ages, pets, and adults. All of my items are custom made to order and work great for specialty gifts, photo shoots, special occasions, events, nursery and home décor, weddings, and so much more! After losing my corporate job in 2014, I formed my LLC to turn my designs and creativity into a legitimate business and never looked back. I absolutely love creating one-of-a-kind items for my clients who are looking for that special something they can’t find in stores. 

I’ve been in Loudoun County since 2006. As a single mom, I’m just trying to stay on top of our busy lives here in NoVa like everyone else.  My daughter is the smartest, kindest, most thoughtful, fun, creative, exceptional little person. She is truly a joy and getting to be her mom is what I’m most proud of. I also have the sweetest fur baby kitty who is my child too.  They are also both part of my business logo and business name. My kids are the two things that make me too happy…Tutu Happy, LLC was born.

I love designing items that create lasting memories for people and make their space, event, or photo shoot beautiful. I love all of my items, but my absolute favorite is newborn sets and decor. Overwhelmed as a first-time mom, I didn’t have a professional newborn shoot and I regret it so much. When someone buys a newborn set or gift from me, it is really special. I know that mom is going to have a little extra motivation for documenting this time when their baby was so teeny. Time passes in the blink of an eye and all we really have left are great photos to document that newborn time and special milestones. I love knowing I can be a part of someone else making that happen. 

I have been honored to be featured in the Washington Capitals Yearbook, Today’s the Best Day, and Hulafrog’s Hot List of Mom Bosses along with winning Washington Family Magazine’s Best for Families “Best Children’s Clothing Store” and Hulafrog’s Most-Loved “Best Children’s Clothing & Shoes.”
